In the event of an obvious error in odds or game settings — for example, a clearly miscalculated line or a technical fault — dt77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. This applies to sports betting, slots, fish games and all other game categories.
Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series, follow standard sports betting rules. If a match is abandoned, reduced in overs or rescheduled beyond the stated settlement window, settlement rules applicable to that market will be applied as described on the relevant bet slip at the time of placement.
For slots and fish games, all outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Game results are independent of previous outcomes — there is no pattern, cycle or guaranteed frequency of wins. Players should engage with these games as entertainment and with a clear budget in mind.
dt77 reserves the right to impose maximum stake or win limits on any account where unusual betting patterns are detected, without being required to disclose the specific reason.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dt77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:
dt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Common grounds for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification and self-exclusion requests from the account holder.
You may close your dt77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
If you request self-exclusion, dt77 will restrict access to your account for the period you have selected. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets or claim promotions. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
